Waiting for the shops to open...
So I am up and out so early that I am standing outside the shops waiting for then to open 😊 oh how my Saturdays have changed (for the better) now that I am not drinking on Friday nights and not waking up at the weekends hung over. I am going to treat myself to a nice breakfast and do some shopping.

It's just gone 11am here and I've had my breakfast treat and completed the shopping. I am back home now sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful whether we're having today in the UK. I just feel so full of energy (after having been exhausted for the first 2 weeks of sobriety). I could never understand how people had the energy to do things at the weekend after working all week...all I wanted to do was sleep and stay home...I suppose that's what consuming poison will do to you!!!!
