Day Four

Sitting where I used to drown myself in my yard, except I am drinking lemonade trying to not be anxious. Of course I am smoking a little lol! Day four. Please wish me luck.

You've got this, TryingAgainEm! I am on Day 13/14, and I remember being at Day 4 feeling so anxious (still do, but it has lessened).

Trying your doing good. I may suggest to sit in a diffrent place in your yard, maybe won't be as much of a trigger for you. Sounds crazy but changing a bunch of little things in my life made a big difference. Great job on the lemonade
