I like the Rich Roll podcast. He is a recovered (recovering?) alcoholic, and uses recovery examples in some podcasts, though they are not all directly about recovery. However, they all share the theme of bettering yourself, and leading a more productive life.

I love The Bubble Hour. I like HOME too, but lately Holly and Laura don't seem to be as focused on helping others and they ramble on about their relationship issues, so maybe check out earlier episodes.
