A moment ago your "Not sure where to start.." thread is about 4th or 5th on the first page of posts on the Newcomer's Forum.

(Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but it has taken me a while to figure the site out too. )

Of course posts move up and down based on replies or lack thereof, and eventually cycle off to page 2 and beyond.

have you tried clicking on the "my posts" button? It is near the top of the page next to the "new posts" button.

Also, is it possible it didn't post? sometimes the posts time out and don't post.

You could repost it.
