Fed up !

8 weeks in - got a big case of the blues this evening 😡😂

I know what has set it off and previously would have hit the wine to make it go away and numb it

I've been ignoring it best I can since quitting with filling my time exercising and 100% focus on being sober , guess that's not enough to mask it away anymore

My mind is working overtime and not in a good nor productive way

Anyway ..fed fed fed up !!

How about an AA meeting, RE? Could be helpful to be with others who have been there.

It's more just facing up to reality than anything else - alcohol made it go away

Now got to deal with problems I guess

I'll be fine - need to snap out of it !

IF alcohol made it go away, it wouldnt here front and center.

for every problem there IS a solution. howz about sharing what the reality is thats front and center so we might be able to offer suggestions for solutions?

I know it's not easy, but try to slow your thinking down. Deal with one thing at a time. Making a to-do list of things that I need to take care of helped me to focus on each thing separately. It really helped. Good luck. John

Hey Rainy! We are close in soberity time. I need you to stay with me!! Go to a meeting any safe place that helps defeat your AV. This is just a moment and it will pass. I promise! I'm glad you are posting and checking in. 53 days!
