Two Weeks Today
I didn't even realise until I read another thread, but it was two weeks today I decided I'd had my last drink.
Apart from the headaches, which sadly I'm still getting, I've never felt better. My flat is tidy and I've been indulging in hobbies that I used to do before I started spending my days under the influence.
Thank you to everyone on SR for your support.
A week today, I'll be going to see my alcohol counsellor, he'll ask how much I've been drinking. The answer, "zero, nothing, zilch" and I'll say it with a massive grin on my face!
