Actually a bit more, as I don't count exact days,I just don't drink today.. Anyways..this video just came up. I've heard the song and seen the video before BUT, never looked at it as booze related,until today. I've always said that putting down the bottle forever was like ending a toxic relationship.. Just thought I'd share it for my family here at SR.

Thanks so much for posting the link to that song DR. I added it to my running play list. Just got back from an awesome 5 mile run where I more or less listened to it on a continuous loop. From now on that song will mark the beginning of every run and my fight back to health, fitness and my brand new life.

Reminded me of a Nickleback song- 'to the bottom of every bottle..' were some of the words. Was written about me.
