Once I accepted that I was worth peace of mind, better health, and a more secure future, the choice was easy.

well, it wasn't really a choice, to be honest. I nearly died, destroyed my organs, etc., and was not allowed to drink anymore. I stay quit only because I know what the end will be, though, I would like to be able to drink again.
