thanks for your inspiring post which puts a lot of this in context and congratulations on your sobriety. I too have had many relapses and agree with you that this is a lifelong effort to beat addiction. But the support and kindness of others is a magic ingredient. Even though I have been here before my Day 3 still feels new and scary.
Today I am feeling slightly "wired" - like an energy rush, plus feeling very hot. Funny how each day of physical withdrawal has its own flavour. Am going to work on my longer term plan over the weekend. Thanks again.
