Back and sober

It's been a while. I've been sober for 3 days after a bad month stretch that ended me up in the hospital to detox. I've finally come clean with my family. I have finally stopped getting sick and am on medication to help with the anxiety . My husband and family are being tremendously supportive and I'm so upset with myself for worrying them. the social worker at the hospital gave me some great resources for myself and husband so that I can stay sober. I'm hopeful for my future and am finally starting to feel normal again.

Avail yourself to these resources. Doing it on your own hasn't worked.
