Thanks for the advice everyone, it's appreciated. I think I need to value my own company a little more and be a little stricter on who I allow my time to be taken up by.

I think I have allowed myself to be treated quite badly by people, and it's only now I'm sober I've realised it, because my self esteem was so low when drinking.
