Positive list. Please feel free to add!

The positives:

Waking up early (5 am ) and my head is clear.
Face is clean when I wake up.
No head ache.
Energy is good.
Work is on point.
My kidneys do not ache
I remember my nights
No arguments (small or large)
Productive around the house
Productive in all aspects of my life
Bank account is steady
weight is normal
No sweating
No thinking " I am dying"
No anxiousness from alcohol
No sick feeling
More joy
Resolve
No heartburn
No severe moodiness
The habit of nightly drinking has been erased with new nightly rituals
Eyes are clear
Skin has moisture
Teenager is more interactive
Life crisis are more manageable

These are just a few. Writing them down and sharing is important. Life is not doom and gloom without alcohol. I can live a life of comfort and health...... I may need to cut out the donuts soon.

I thought it was just me!!!! I've been sober almost 2 weeks now and my toilet habits have DEFINITELY changed for the better IMO! lol!

It looks like you've put together a pretty solid list, I concur with all things mentioned. My face no longer looks blotchy and I don't sweat constanly.
