Hope you get to relax a bit today and I do hope your sleep issues get resolved. I wish I could give you thoughts on that but I haven't had any sleep issues for many years. Good luck at the appointment today too...

I gave in last night, but I am going to try again today, and try again tomorrow, and hopefully have something worth building on Sunday.

Keep trying!! Day 2 is better than it used to be. Although I'm not feeling a100%, I don't feel like drinking at all. From every other day to once a week.

Day 5

Feeling much better. Talked about my resentments of my job with my loud-mouthed, obnoxious co-worker and I'm feeling better about it.

Talking to other people and letting them into my life in an honest way is a great tool for sobriety for me, and more than likely my biggest hurdle.

Weekend off, so I need to be extra vigilant. Need to start calling people, sooner the better.

Day 1 for me. I want mornings without severe anxiety, dizziness, headaches, and shame. I'm too tired to do anything but wait for 5:00pm when I pour that wine, or tequila. I'm done.

I'm still here and still sober...day 18. Everything is going well and no thoughts of drinking. I'm so happy I made this choice for myself

I love hypnosis- I haven't listened to my "quit drinking" track since we moved- need to do that as well!

Have a great day and weekend, stay close if you need us!
I use an app called Calm. Been on an off it for a while but trying to stay daily now. There daily Calms and programs/series. Big fan.

Day 3 done.

For those who don;t know, we usually end our threads at 500 posts or so, and then open up a new part. It stops things from getting too unwieldy
