SN- although I cannot see the u-tube, how to heal? What can you do a little differently? SUPPORT for me is the biggie. That requires me to check in here daily, go regularly to meetings, see a counsellor (my professional friend in many ways), keep a journal- daily and regular checkups with my doc. It is hard- but small steps is all it takes. Support to you.
