Day 3
 

In the past this has been my day of struggle. On the way to a meeting now and will hit another one after work if needed. Determined to see a SOBER Day 4!!

In my experience, day 3 can be a tough one. After a binge, my body needs about 5 days to a week to start feeling normal and not sore or crying out for the deadly medicine. Hope you're not feeling this way! Meetings will help keep you focused :)

Had my day 3 yesterday and was very scared because of past slip-ups on third day before. It helped posting here and keeping busy! Great you're hitting some meetings! We can do this, stay strong!
