Thank you...

Four days sober. Feeling almost like a human again today...but the urges are strong. It's way past "beer thirty" in my household. Been browsing your posts in bed, hiding from the others drinking in my house until I go meet a sober friend- and it's helped me stay away from the first drink. THANK YOU. Leaving here in a couple of minutes.
