Coke Zero Withdrawals?

Hey everyone,

I'm on day 38 of no wine however, I've been drinking loads of Coke Zero most nights instead.

Now I'm really struggling with bad bad headaches and thinking it may because of my Coke Zero consumption?

Anyone else ever experienced this?

Hi there.

I know I get bad headaches if I drink a lot of caffeine. I also have a friend who gets migraines from artificial sweeteners so that might be something to consider as well.

Also, congrats on 38 days!

Coke has caffiene plus the sugar free stuff. See your doc- if you are concerned.

I would at least ease up on it because of the caffeine. It may mess with your sleeping too. Coca-Cola do make a caffeine free version.

How much do you drink per night ? Its true about caffiene and headaches
