Day 8 !
 

How's everyone's day ?!

Mine super productive,up at 6am ! Fixed bike ready for some fun time tomorrow, cut lawns,did edges,treated grass - sorted kids x box ..every other Saturday would have been deathly hangover and starting a bender soon as clock struck 12.00! Then repeat Sunday,Monday ..

Caught up with me about 6pm though ..I've done really well on 7 days and been busy ..a beer in garden is a just reward ! STOP ! That will end up in a bottle of wine as well , just the one mind ..until come 9pm when it's gone and I'm driving to pick up another ..better get 2 just in case ..won't drink the 3rd one though of course ..

Anyway - seen that scenario away tonite ! :-)

Positives I can see a def improvement in my appearance as well again

ha yeah....I see you're bang on where I am at.......its the Saturday night reward thing for me too.......detest it.........youre right tough, win through, get to the morning and it will have passed
