Hangover free Sat morning

Hi! I am so happy i resisted temptation last night. I did take a Xanax for anxiety and it helped me sleep GET THIS almost 8 hours! What? In itself that's a miracle! I am hoping to make a meeting today and most likely tell hubby about recovery plan tonight. It will be hard bc date nights usually mean booze esp when kid is with babysitter.

Well done , nothing beats waking up fresh, just think what it will feel like to wake up fresh tomorrow .

Nice! Congrats on a good nights sleep, too! That makes all the difference! You must feel like a million bucks this morning! Keep it up!

I'm glad you posted. I often posted on Sunday mornings because when drinking that is when the panic started to set in. I knew I was 24 hrs away from facing the real world again and I would likely be in poor condition. Sobriety has allowed me to have my weekends back. No longer spent in a haze.

Yay! Well done.

Just make it through today.

Don't worry about forever if it causes angst. Just tell hubs that you're not drinking tonight. Easy peasy. You can do anything for 24 hours.
