can hardly believe it

May not seem like a big deal,,,,but to me huge!!!! I went to the barber and didn't have a full blown panic attac,,,like i did a month ago!!!! It started but a breathed through it!!!! And it never ramped up!!!! I thank all of you here for the help!!!! Thank you!!!!

Hi I congratulate you on the barber scenario. I, even this year, would drink 3-4 beers before going to the barber. I'm sure I wreaked of booze and I'm only a few days sober. Good job!

Well done! Me too, I used to drink a few glasses of wine prior to the hairdressers and then, when sat in the chair, I'd be offered wine and I accepted! Needless to say, I'd never drive there and back and my poor husband, didn't realise why I needed him to chauffeur me.
