Starting over again

Day 1 again for me. I feel so much regret for messing up but all I can do is try again. Today has not been fun. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

Glad that you both are not giving up. I understand how difficult it is with the cravings, as the cravings come and go for me on Day 6. I am just trying to hang in there by working out, staying busy with work, reading spiritual literature, practicing mindfulness, music, playing with my dog, anything that will keep me busy and occupied to get me past the first month.

Freedom, I'm glad you're back and being persistent. You must not give up. Can you come up with something to add to your recovery program to help you.

Agreed. My plan is to attend the earliest meeting my town has tomorrow. Literally 5 miles from my home. No excuses.

Just don't ever stop trying. If you want it bad enough and do the work it can happen. I'm on day four and refuse to ever have another day one. We can dooo this!!
