Question Day 9 and a strange sensation...

As I was driving home from the grocery store yesterday evening, I started feeling like I wasn't even present. Like I was in a dream hovering above watching myself drive! It was so odd - I had to try very hard to literally get myself to come back to Earth. I'm sure it's part of withdrawals, but what in the world?!?! I've never experienced anything like that in my life.

On another note, even though my husband and I went out for dinner last Friday to celebrate our wedding anniversary early (it was yesterday), when I got home I found he had bought me a lovely bouquet of flowers. It was totally unexpected and such a nice surprise.

Looking forward to having a great day today, even if I still have the brain fog. This, too, shall pass.

Congrats on Day 9! As for what you experienced, it could have been a variety of things, and none related withdrawal. Sounds like you are doing well.

Like an out of body experience?!?!?! I've actually had that happen to me before during an acupuncture session.

Gee, I don't know PippoRossi. Had you eaten recently? Could your blood sugar have been low.

Try to keep an eye on it and, if it happens again, give your doctor a call.

I will definitely keep an eye on it. It could have been something as simple as my being tired from the long hike I took on Sunday and then the subsequent restless night's sleep due to stormy weather keeping me awake. Maybe it was exhaustion?

Maybe. I know that when I am exhausted beyond exhausted, I fell as though I am walking through a haze.
