You are doing great!
I just wanted to mention you saying you were on antidepressant(s) but haven't been taking it/them. Please be careful! If you stopped taking them cold turkey without weaning and Dr supervision this could be adding to your labile mental state!

On again/off again with prescribed meds while w'/d's, chest pains and self medicating is unsafe.
A few have suggested this- see your doctor. Empathy and support to you.
