Similar to you, I knew I needed to stop ASAP before something crazy happened. I feel so relieved to be on Day 2 and happy about my decision to be committed to staying sober. Keep up the good work!

Struggling a bit today, I've not drank at all but just a bit wiped

Don't think being off work for Easter has helped as you get free time and I really need to be busy

Going to just chill tonight, eat some chocolate and watch footie

Did you make the call to the CBT folks that your doctor recommended by chance? I think that speaking with a counselor about the issues you are facing would be a great idea.

I referred myself, just waiting on them getting back

Although I'm not drinking tonight, I feel it's just lurking

Hopefully after a good nights rest I can regroup

Get to bed, Stewy. Ignore the voice in your head; it is a consummate liar.

Listen to us; we care about you and are telling you what is best for you.
