I used to do my drinking at night mns1, after some trial and error I found that physical excercise, to a significant extent, replaced cravings with tiredness.

It was most effective by forcing myself to get up earlier in the morning and going for a run, not a marathon, just 20 minutes or so - it really paid of in the evening when I was ready for bed by 10pm on a weekday.

Thank you guys.

Saoutchik what sorts of things did you do to fill the time you would normally spend drinking? I usually am super tired because I work long days (and workout) but the cravings keep me up.
