Day 4

Made it to day 4.

Cravings last night were the worst they've been but I managed to grind through them and fall asleep. Kept waking up randomly though.

But here I am. Hopefully tonight isn't nearly as bad.

Other than that feels great to not be hungover!

I'm on day 4 too and found last night hard. The old "after work" beverage was playing on my mind but instead got a lot done in the house

Nice Zombie I know the feeling usually the first thing I do after getting home at the end of the day is pour a drink without any thought. Last night, the impulse was there, but I refused to act on it.

Let' s keep grinding!

Congrats, mns, Arcsoul and Zombie on four days of sobriety.

Early days are the toughest; hang in; the rewards are great.

Stay close. We care.

Have to say, i didn't realise how much alcohol wrecked my digestion. Not to go into too much detail but I must've just got used to upset stomachs in the morning from the drinking the night before and today I've sort of noticed my digestion getting back on track.
Trying to see something positive everyday :-)

Day 4 wasn't all that long ago for me. You're probably tired of hearing this, but please believe it gets better soon. Stick with it, okay?

Nice job Pippo!

Zombie that's awesome you're feeling better. You don't have to worry about getting into detail with me I've had digestive issues for years now I've seen and heard it all.
