I was going to AA and working the steps with a sponsor but still ended up relapsing... I got a prescription for Naltrexone and Gabapentin for the anxiety. She is giving me a comprehensive recovery plan that includes AA, vitamins, exercise and 15 mins. of yoga a day. I feel confident that I can beat this alcohol thing now! Back to Square One but I'm hopeful and I have lots of support.
