Day 3
Day three here...It's been up and down anxiety and panic up and down which is kinda the norm considering i'm diagnosed with anxiety and panic. I was up to either 750ml of whiskey or ten shooters and a 4 pk of beer everyday. lots of past involved in this but won't get into that till i'm a little further along in the process. Tired, lethargic, edgy, etc. Just ready to know what normal feels like again!

It can and will get better. I usually felt better on day four. Just hang in there and don't take that first drink. Congratulations on three days.
