Gonna go for it
It's 10:50am on a Sunday here, Uk time
I'm pouring my last remaining cans away, time to get serious about sobriety
Girlfriend lives at my old house now, I'm back at my mum and dads, it's well and truly over
Got to pull my socks up now and fight this thing

Do follow through tomorrow Stewy - you may not feel like doing anything for your recovery tomorrow....but the sooner you start putting some concrete effort into change, the quicker that change will occur

Obsessing over unrequited love is bitter sweet and utterly pointless. Doing it drunk seems to embed a deep habit. Seek therapy, take up boxing, learn meditation, anything rather than having it churn around and around. Let it go. Don't buy any more ****. Stop making her a focus. Make sobriety your focus. She's tangential. A side issue to learn from not dwell on.
Good on you for pouring the can away. Maybe you can make your room at your parents feel more homely and positive. It's a gorgeous day where I am in the UK. Hopefully you've got that sunshine as well. What are your plans for today ? How about hitting a meeting?
