None of us do once we start drinking. I hope you can commit to a plan that will help you do the same. I hope you can get out of this alcoholic cycle you're in. Rehab sounds like a great idea. Don't drink, go to AA meeting, post on SR. It takes some action.

I've been there. You can't imagine living with or without alcohol. You can quit, I know it.

Feeling a lot better thanks Dee. Still filled with anxiety. I think it's because I am so short of money. Wanted to go to a meeting but no money for petrol. So glad you guys saved me from that bottle. I'm halving the amount I pay the tiler next pay. I had the money and wasted it all on grog and take aways.
