91 Days Sober!

Hi everyone, I am 91 days Sober from both Cocaine and Alcohol!!! This is the best I have ever felt....I am amazed after 90 days how much clearer my thoughts are, how much better I look, and how happy everyone I know is that I'm sober. My new job has been quite the blessing as well. It just seems like good things have happened for me very quickly and i'm extremely thankful. I will do absolutely anything to maintain my sobriety and be the best ME I can be!
I look forward to continuing to share my story more as well as hear all of yours. Hopefully I can help/support some of you and yall will do the same for me. -secondchance26

The first 90 days are the hardest in my opinion. You never have to do them again, Secondchance!! The mental obsession really lifted at that point and I gained sober momentum which built and built to which I now have several years of sobriety under my belt. Congrats!!

[Just as an aside: does anyone know why 90 days is considered a special milestone?! I know (or at least I think I do) that AA have it as a notable milestone, don't they?]
