day 3 and i feel a little sick

had to quit again because i was starting to get violent thoughts after bingeing too long, idk why. my head feels a lot clearer and no more violent thoughts but just today when i woke up im starting to feel sick to my stomach

It might be a good idea to talk to your dr. Detoxing is unpredictable.
