New here!

Hello, I am 21 days sober today and it's not easy!! I am just reaching out to anything and anyone that is going to help.
Over the last 6 months I have been binge drinking and it got pretty bad, before that it was 30 years of different phases. Sometimes I'd go a few months with nothing, sometimes drink every day for years. It was so sporatic with me and I did alot of damage to my life.
I'm now picking up the pieces, and working on me and fixing my life and staying sober. One day at a time.

Hi Stacey - we're so glad to have you here.

I drank around 30 yrs. too. The last few years were very destructive. I was so happy to find the friendship & encouragement here at SR. Congrats on your 21 days.
