Feeling calm, centered, relaxed! What a difference from how I was feeling on 2/22/17! Hubby and I took the day off today and we've been watching The Crown on Netflix. Feels good to do nothing, sober!
Still "Planning the Work, Working the Plan. I think that's what's making my recovery different this time. Instead of white knuckling it and "being sober", I'm actually using my tools and feeling like I might just be making a step towards true recovery.
Next week we have our first appointment with the therapist. I'm curious and hopeful.
Have a great evening all. Gotta get back to the movie

Thanks everyone for your responses. The support and tools that I have received from SR has been God sent. THANK YOU!!!
When I first joined SR, I received a piece of advise from Berrybean that truly resonated with me. Quite honestly, I think it's made the difference in how I've been approaching my recovery this time:
"Just don't focus only on sobriety and dismiss the recovery aspects. If we want a healthy, happy and sustainable sobriety, the n working on the recovery sid eof things is essential. Removing alcohol is like taking away a lame man's crutches. We need to learn to use something else instead, and that's what recovery is all about."
There have been so many incredible words of wisdom, tools and insights that others have shared here that have helped me in so many ways.
I still struggle with sleep at times, but it's nothing that I can't manage. My AV is still loud and clear, but I recognize it immediately and I know how to fight back and move forward.
One last thing, I have a new addiction...SR!!!
