Welcome to SR Tattootracie! Like you, I've lost a lot of family members (both parents included) and it's one of the reasons my drinking got out of control. I know the anguish and feelings of loss. Numbing my sadness and grief with alcohol is how I tried to deal with it all. Did it help? Nope! It made it worse...a lot worse!

I hope you find the help you need here. There's a plethora of information and so many people who will support you throughout your journey of recovery.

I f the tiredness stays- perhaps see a doc- could be diet, electrolytes, stuff.
