Evening everyone I want to highlight something that we all have whether good or bad & that's mental health

There is a ton of stigma around mental health & I hope by sharing this link it will encourage people to at least think about thier mental health or feel ok talking about it ... it's not taboo and mental health covers a wide spectrum. Whether it's yourself or someone you know or care about I think the odds are either 1 in 3 or 1 in 5 of the world's population suffer with some form of mental health & them numbers are far to large to ignore or suggest it's just some of us it isn't & it's ok to talk about it

So with that I will post this link I got from the MHF (Mental Health Foundation UK) and hope whether here on the forum or in the privacy of your own home you stop and think about YOUR mental health

This is a great resource SW. The section about coping with fear and anxiety is a good read with some solid actions steps to take across multiple thoughts.
