Yeah it's incredible how much weight you can lose when you nix the alcohol calories. I was 210lbs when i quit, didnt change my diet (which is pretty healthy anyways), didnt increase exercise, and am now 170lbs 18 months later.

It was a great weekend but wow am I tired, class ski trip Friday, then stayed for night skiing, went back all day Saturday and Sunday, spent about 24 hours at the hill in the last 3 days today might have been the last day of the year for us
. Kinda sad because my daughter finally got off the bunny hill and going on the chair lift this weekend, They are trying to stay open till April 2nd but it's so warm out and I'll be in Vegas this weekend coming up, hoping for one more ride after I get back.

This was kinda a neat shot I got of my son and his friend when I was coming down the hill and noticed them.
What a great winter it's been, in my 38 years for sure the best winter I've had, looking forward to summer coming tho and getting the Sportdeck203 back out on the water!
