I'm still on two bottles a night. I have to give up smoking as I have stage 1 emphysema. Concentrating on that. It's a dollar a smoke in Aussie so can't afford it anyway. Planning on AA to address the drinking problem. No smoking no problem better than suffocating to death. Still extreme anxiety over house renovation. It's one thing after another. Plus my ex has to go. Can't even be friends. We fight like cats and dogs. Hopefully find sober friends in AA.

I'm glad you're stopping smoking but alcohol can be just as deadly.

The longer you leave doing something about your drinking the harder it's going to be to stop sweetichick.

I really hope you make some plans to go to AA this week.
