This may getting repetative???

This may getting repetitive but now 62 hours in and I'm getting more clearer and less shaky, the fog is dissipating.

Good that you're feeling better, Jacko. It feels great to be clearheaded and free of it. You're doing it!

86 hours

I'm going to start counting days instead of hours from here on out, feeling pretty good today I've been fortunate because I've had an ongoing script for Klonopin so I never had any insomnia issues in fact I slept 10 hours last night...anyone else going through the dreaded withdrawals I would strongly suggest to suck it up and go to the Dr. and get some form of medication, also my mother has a huge supply of "Propranolol" (look it up) it helps with anxiety and reduces blood pressure and makes social interaction less fearfull, I've been taking 10 to 20 mg a day. Today's the first day that I actually feel somewhat normal and very greatful for that!! also vitamins and even Fish oil supplement, I've read it helps liver function, my liver region has been tender but today is feeling a lot better, anyway I wish all you "Alchies" the best and thank you all for the support.
Best Regards,
Jacko.

I really urge you not to take another persons meds Jacko...even if it your mom - that can be dangerous in some cases.

What works for you may not be good for someone else and vice versa.

Thats why we encourage people to share their experience but not recommend things for other people

14 days.

Two weeks, I thought things would be a lot better but my feelings and thought are bland and depressing, I think I felt better at one week than they do now....I guess I'll stick it out and see what happens? I feel like I'm stuck in a rut.
