Today's a Big Day
It was birthday yesterday and I gave myself the best present: 3 months sober.
I'm very grateful to this community; apart from my friends and family this is the only support I've had and it's been vital : You saved my life, thank you.
I've been frequenting the forums less often as I find some of the posts more triggering and I have less issues of my own to deal with. Maybe when I am a bit further on I can come back and help out more but right now this is what I need.
I know where to come if I need more help, if you are unsure about whether your posts and time matter here; it does, it really, really does.
