Jeff is correct food along with hydration is key or the water will just pass through. B1 vitamins help too.

Oops! While I was taking a shower I messed up. 3:30 today will be my fourth 24 hour mark lol

Thank you everyone for your support! I know I haven't posted, but I keep an Internet tab on my phone just to look at. I never realized my life would be so busy even without the drinking lol. My first weekend is here, and I've made sure to make plans to keep me busy. Yesterday was tempting, with it being st. Patty's lol. Thank you again everyone!
