Sleeping Challenges
Thanks Hodor!
Like you, I work from home and I've been taking cat naps during the day. Anywhere between 20-40 minutes works for me. Since I stopped drinking, my energy dives after 4pm, especially when I don't get a good nights sleep.
I've tried listening to soothing music on my headset and it does help me unwind.

I went much of 2014 on very little sleep (average 2-3 hours). It gets better, but very slowly/gradually. Took me like 5 months to start getting the odd night of 6 hours sleep. 2014 was a ROUGH year for sleep, to say the least. The first two weeks off alcohol were particularly BRUTAL, we're talking like 1-2 hours of sleep in 7 days.
Everything you're experiencing is 100% normal, just the withdrawal effects kicking in.
