Wow my AV is working overtime today. These are the days that i used to sit on a patio with friends and have a few drinks. Those days are gone now though i know if i picked up again i would be in my home with the shades drawn within a few days. Not fun! I kept myself busy today hiking, playing volleyball, softball and of course getting to a meeting. I'm looking forward to getting up tomorrow and feeling refreshed for another beautiful day in Colorado. Happy Saturday everyone!

Hi Comtnman, don't let your AV trick you into putting rose colored glasses on a drinking situation. you played the tape forward, that's good. Instead of drinking too much and then having awful remorse, that patio can be a relaxing fun and alcohol free event. You will like yourself much better for it.
I have gone out and done things alcohol free and have really enjoyed them as they are. I miss booze less and less all the time. Also, think of the new things you can do that you couldn't chugging booze - a bike ride/walk in park? a nice hike or swim? You can be free now.
