If your solution to a problem is alcohol the solution is worse than the problem

Alcohol is the solution until we wake up and realize it's not the solution. By then it's already got its nasty claws in us.

Alcohol is what I used as my solution to my problems. Take away the alcohol, and the problems were still there. I needed a new solution.

As I reflect back, I now realize that the problem was usually never that bad to begin with but it was compounded by alcohol,
