coating on teeth, health issue

I want to ask a health question: can someone offer advice on treating a coating that occurs on the teeth of people recovering from opiate addiction, making it hard to talk. The teeth stick to each other. Ongoing cigarette smoking at a high rate may be a factor.

Welcome to SR ericqb, i'm sorry I can be no help. For your specific query it might be worth looking online at some dentistry websites maybe.

On SR there is also a Narcotics forum where it might be worth repeating your question.

Good luck

Nothing comes to mind.. pretty familiar with their side effects, being in nursing school. A google search only brings up the obvious, that us substance abusers may tend to ignore our oral hygiene.
