I'm laying in bed at the end of a long day. Really stressful day.
Thought about pills most of the day but finally towards the end of the day it eased up.
I was pleasant to be around and got a few compliments that I look like I'm feeling better.

Bed sounds like a good idea - it's where I'm retreating when things get too hard. Day four for me too but just starting - it's 05:42 here. And I'm also in bed!

Hey peanut, day 4 is great. I am sorry you are struggling but it seems to be part of the game for most of us. Push on through. Bed is a good option when things get rough. I also learned a good technique in rehab about fighting tough cravings. Contact with water. Our psychologist told us it is related to the fact that we were surrounded by water as we came into being in the womb. If you are able a bath or shower helps. If you can't do that, go wash your hands for an extended period of time or put some water on the insides of your writs and the back of your neck. Concentrate on the water and let the craving wash by.
