Melissa, I really don't know what would empower you?

I didn't go to rehab, nor use AA. I read a lot of books and found my way. What do you think would empower you?

I guess that's why I'm here reading.

Hoping maybe I can learn from someone else's experience.

Unfortunately I know all too well what doesn't work.

I'm not sure. I'm trying to trust life again.

I'm just trying to deal with my flashbacks without drinking for today. Perhaps tomorrow I'll feel a bit better and take another step.

I'm just very leery and cautious because I will not survive running off the rails again.
