Congrats on a week sober.
I used to think I needed alcohol to help me sleep. I mean I really, truly believed it.
Turns out it was all bullspit. The alcohol was what was wrecking my sleep.
Did you sleep when you were 10 years old? 12? Did you drink yourself to sleep then?
Insomnia is real, and it really sucks, but you might not need a chemical cure.
