If you can do this, you can stop.
It is hard to know until you have stopped, but it is the bomb. Truly.
Take the same decision you took to moderate, but this time decide to stop drinking --- if it helps, time limit it to a few months as sohard suggests at post 209.
I believe you will soon see how great it is not to be limited to what your drinking program allows -- we all did!
