Again, thanks all for your support. Apologies that I don't have the energy to answer you individually but everything you've said matters. I told Jeni ueaterday how ashamed and exposed I feel but I'm still glad I came clean. Settling in for my second sober night after a healthy meal of ham and poached eggs. Got a stack of work to do but am just wading through it trying to be patient and keep a sense of perspective. Will post again.

Have you thought any more about what you will do to turn things around? Where will you go for help.? I really hope you will look to do things differently my friend.

No judgements from me, just an observation....that I had to change everything about my life to turn things around this time. I had to do some stuff that I really didn't want to. I love SR, I've made some wonderful friends here (you included!), but I needed proper face to face help to move forward.

Guilt and shame fade into insignificance after a while. We forget.

Just checking in to say hi. I am glad you will be going to see a doctor for a mental health evaluation. I hold you also follow up with any physical concerns.

You joined SR one month before I did, and it took me until January 1, 2016 to finally get things right. You can do this.
